Ever since she performed in a group Sisters In Jazz in the beginning of previous decade, which gathered the most talented young female jazz musicians from different parts of the world, saxophonist Tineke Postma was on the path of success. She collaborated with Greg Osby and Esperanza Spalding, performed on Terri Lyne Carrington’s Grammy awarded album and got to play with her famous idol Wayne Shorter. Finally, last year she received the most prestigious award – Boy Edgar Prize for the Dutch jazz musician of the year.
